Come the holidays - those many special dates we break our routines - and with them the family gatherings, celebrations, the "parties", the Events and the trough. So nothing like a reminder that what we eat, but should be controlled, never to violate certain principles of nutrition and that even when we care, our diets must be "protected" as far as our excesses.
There are many methods to lose weight and some celebrities are notorious for their ability to stay thin (remember the method of Jessica Biel?). However, there are many systems that can affect your equivocad0s nutritional balance, so it's good to stay alert to what system to follow.
One of the most common mistakes is to believe that diet is starving, sacrificing what we want or torture eating what we do not like. Dieting is, however, quite the opposite. It is to eat smart, lose fat, healthy habits and incorporate exercise into our daily lives and keep that routine even in those times of year where we tend to overeat.
The "hidden problem" of diets - especially those based on a very low caloric intake - is that when we got on the scale and see that we are losing weight, Capsiplex we rejoice. Finally, after all, for that is the diet, right?!
What we know, and this is one of the principles that we must watch is that weight loss may be because we are losing muscle instead of fat, especially if a low-calorie diet, we are not getting enough protein and exercising regularly.
Before you start jumping for joy at the loss of volume, remember that muscle is an organ in your body and burn calories not only when you exercise but also when they are resting. That is the reason why people who practice bodybuilding and develop muscle mass, can consume a high amount of calories.
The diet is to lose fat and not muscle. Keep this in mind these days, even those little meals of the holidays can guarantee you will not get fat if you eat wisely. I have prepared some "tips diet" for you to browse the fatal December "safe" extra weight, but that I leave for the next article, when we are in full "nutritional nonsense" by the end of the year.
